How to change email sound in outlook 2010
Ever got bored hearing the same old Windows default sound when a new mail arrives in your Outlook 2010 and do not know how to change email sound in Outlook 2010. Now you can change the same old sound to a new one every time you use your system.

1. Open Outlook 2010, click File ribbon and select Options as shown below:
2. From the Outlook options select the Mail option and under Message Arrival, select the “Play a Sound” check box and click OK.
3. Click Start -> Control Panel -> Sound option and select the “New Mail Notification” from the Program Events as shown below:
4. Click the Sounds drop down and chose the sound that needs to be played. Click Test to hear the sound, Click Apply and OK.
Now you can hear the sound that has been selected on any new email notification. Also you can even click on Browse option and choose from your computer the sound which can be assigned as new email alert. Visit here for more shortcuts and interesting features.
